With 17 years of relocating International clients, it has given me a clear understanding of their many different housing, area and school needs. I don't stop at just finding them a house, but rather assist them in acclimating to the array of shopping, medical and social offerings our various areas have to offer. Having 2 children of my own gives me the sensitivity to understand what a family needs to settle in to a new home and surrounding community.

Bringing this knowledge to sellers helps them to have a clear vision of how to position their home to attract that very same diverse group of buyers. Combining that with the professional home staging process makes for a near perfect formula to sell a home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time.
